didnt read more than the first page but I'm sure everyone's telling you what I'm about to say. I think you're more than ready to study anatomy. You can draw, and you can draw folds in clothing, and do some other works, plus you've got a clean style that I really like. The only hitch I'm seeing at the moment is your anatomy. While it's the only thing I really see going on wrong right now, it's a pretty big issue, if, you know, you ever want to draw people.
--edit-- Just looked at the stuff on this last page.. 1) Stop with the color for now. 2) Practice value 3) practice anatomy and 4) study the skull and do portrait studies. You've got the Renaissance Almond Eyes going on right now, and that's a bad thing, even if you're going for anime (not YOU, "you" as the general populace)
