Ricardo Robles: Thanks man, that means a lot to me. Cheers!
Okay, so couple of movie screenshot studies plus a new painting still in progress, comments and critique really much appreciated.
I also bought 5 or 6 tutorials from TAD because of the sale, can't wait to see how they are.
really nice. overall I love your use of colors.
Hey vablo I'd like to thank you for visiting my sketchbook.
I browsed through all of your works and it was kinda intriguing, because you are struggling with some basic problems throuout the entire sketchbook, yet followed by many succesfull illustrations. You've got a good sence of form, proportions and composition. Which felt weird seeing that you didn't sometimes knew hot to render it out. Yet the page 2 shows you've improved in these aspects by ton. Fascinating, truly. I asure you i'll be back. You've got painting style that reminds me of Parsakoira's work. And it fits my taste perfectly.
Have a great day, stars from me.
PS Zant: Thanks!
Icecold: Thank you very much, I really appreciate what you're saying and really cool to hear that. And yeah, I still have lots of problems with basic and other stuff... Just need to practice more.
A late night quickie on color and muscles.
Rotor: Thanks mate! I think it's time for another motivating artist meeting, we need to drink together again.
Okay! Here are some studies, keeping up with the dailystudy plan of course. Not gonna slip, oh no I won't.
lasso tool ftw !
You could have also push it even further doing the windows of the heli .
The other study looks cool too : )
Keep it up !
Some really nice concepts and characters in here!
I LOVE some of your earlier loose painty sketches, they look really well thought out, good job!

Näyttää tosi hyvältä!
Loving the brushwork you're pulling off - mine always ends up looking like crap. The last on #32 is really juicy
Kvenh: Thank you very much, nice to hear that! Even though I think your brushwork doesn't look like crap, at all. Haha.
Ugh, something. I had quite a bad week or so with drawing, completely lost interest and felt like shit probably because of working too hard. Anyway, I tried to push this kind of stuff out and I'm not that happy about it. Guys, give me critique and kick my ass I beg you.
Vablo you are a genius, keep on the good work.
So speaks mrhugecojones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First Livestream session recorded properly. Concept of a junktech elephant transport vehicle, used for travelling long distances in a wasteland/desert. Still to continue, of course.
A birthday present for my dear friends. They are brothers, gamers, martial art guys so all that was used as an inspiration. And of course, they are awesome.
The final images in frames are size A2.
Sonia Leticia: Thanks girl, nice to hear. I try to work more on colors since I've been slacking in that area for quite a while. I'll do my best!
Okay, some concepts for a school project (Beowulf interpretation) and a game that didn't get started after all.
Also a nice surprise occurred, since my entry for Blizzard's "Guardian Of Account"-contest was chosen as the winner.
I don't even know how many Blizzard-contests I have attended, finally the hard work pays off in some scale. Yay!
The entry is on the bottom, and here is the link for the official post-> http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/384...2_03_2012#blog
Ahh, getting tired of this one so I might just start a new one or do studies. Also a few school projects and a game going on, we'll see how much I have time for personal stuff.
But I'll probably post some concepts done for an animation at school anyways later.
Ricardo Robles: Thank you so much, great to hear that. I think I'm not completely satisfied with the last environment, but nice to hear it works!
Might have just stared to it for too long, haha. I'm using Photoshop CS3 mostly, at school CS5.
Here are the final version of the samurai and some thumbnails I made at school with our drawing group. The warehouse-ones had a 10 minute timelimit for each, a really nice exercise and we are probably gonna do it in the future also.
