Here is some studies I did for My life drawing class
Your life drawing class work looks good. It has nice linework.
Try doing the same with your other work, perhaps use a bit of pen to get more confident.
Also, some more constructing, anatomy studies and co would help you tons!
And i don't think you should concentrate so much on rendering at this poin.
You need to get the basic shape right, and then go into details like that.
Come on! Lets see some more updates!!
Your drawings are looking good, the shading on the eyes especially.
What I would recommend if you want to push them further is to get away from using 'outlines' and pay more attention to value to define the object. Rather than finding the edge between objects in line, try to make that definition with change in value (is one object lighter than the other? If they are the same value, is there a change in shadow or light where they meet?).
I think I spot what's wrong with this guy's anatomy.
So how does it look now? proportion-wise
Here is just some random drawing of faces with different features and personality.
These are all done off my head.
Painting of my hand. Had a bit of trouble painting it in my sketch book. I painted over twenty layers just to get this far.
Painting of my backyard. It was probably a dumb idea to paint in such a small paper. It took me more paint than someone would normally need in a large canvas.

More doodles. I redone the ideas a bit
Those flowers are nice and liking your imagination in the last few posts. Those eyes are really nice too the way you've got the light on them.
Try brief drawings of hands just to work on your perspective a bit more, like just working out the layout and general form. Same goes for your heads, just try different positions.
These are some studies
here is my latest hand study
Here are some more figure studies. I tried using pen
Good that you're practicing shading/cross hatching but the shadows on the woman's legs should be on the sides of her thighs and the highlight being in the front (judging by the highlight on her chest). Good stuff, though. FWIW I found this sketchbook after looking through your dragon WIP.
@guan I'm glad you like my imaginatin
@ilikesoup I did use picture reference for most of my studies. and that is where I saw the shadow at on the woman's legs. but thank for pointing that out for me.
Here are my latest sketchbook work

Thank you for your critique. Unfortunately right now shading is still not my forte but I'm working on it.
Here are some more of my stuff
These are all creatures and mutants. My favorite stuff to draw.
