I'm Tim from Ghost Ship Studios, and I've got a bit of a problem.
We're in the midst of development on an upcoming casual horror puzzle adventure game, and we need a bit of art.
Our awesome and talented freelance cutscene artist has accepted a JOB, and can no longer do freelance work for us.
SO. We need a dark semirealistic digital speedpainter... and more specifically and MOST importantly, we need someone who can copy our previous cutscene style almost exactly.
Here are some links to some of the earlier cutscene images from the game:
We need about 8 more of these, in this style, at about this level of complexity.
They are 1024x588 in size.
The deadline would be about 4 weeks out... June 8th or so.
If this sounds like something you can and want to do, drop me a line at [submissions closed - thanks!].
Let me know your rates for such work when applying, as well as a guess as to how long each cutscene would take.
We're aiming for around $200 per scene, but feel free to change that bid lower or higher... We may take you on at a slightly higher rate if you're the right match, and a slightly lower rate certainly won't hurt our opinion of you if you're the right match!
I will be happy to look at portfolios, and I HATE to ever ask for a 'test', but given the nature of our plight, people who submit an actual example showing that they can match the style eactly will be favored. We can't have our cutscene style shifting 2/3 of the way through the game!
I look forward to hearing from ya.
