I'm curently running through a lot of work getting ready to send some stuff off to wizards at the end of the month and my folio for spectrum live this weekend, so I should have some of the finished work to show thats kept me so busy lately up and on the nets soon! but in the meanwhile, here are a few of the more recent photostudies that aren't quite so boring/complete poop and then some environments from imagination to go along with them. Cheers!
thanks for looking! as always comments and crits are much appreciated!
nice landscapes and an interesting style - not certain how well it works for the two landscapes (the dust in the second to last - a fantastic piece besides - and the rocks in the last) - lovely colors and that dragon

I love how you blocked in those colors in those enviros. The clouds in the desert pic are awesome and the water in the last one looks delicious.
The alien character looks great. The details are nice and crisp. The lack of detail on his briefcase is a little distracting, though.
Beautiful work my friend!
Dan Liimata: Thanks man and definitely agree, still trying to work out what all works and what doesn't. Appreciate the feedback! cheers!
Hive Mind: Thanks man!
Mike Butkus: Thanks man, always an honor having you drop by!
Alright, my whole online presence is sliding away as school and work and life gets a bit more intense, so if anybody is still checking this SB out, thanks for looking! Definitely going to try and devote some more time to making more regular updates this coming summer. Blah blah blah, if you're still reading, I'm not making any sense, hahaahaha. Moleskines!
Thanks for looking!
what.. seriously? youre a beast, and Im glad TAD is going well! Im due to start it myself in August and your moleskine pages are helping motivate me each day I sit down to work on that portfolio - cheers!

I love those moleskins sooo much. Can't believe you're back to 4*s WTF!
I think it's so damn cool how you have such a variety in style, the funny and intricate graphic illustrations in your moleskins, the unique motif of your character designs and the exciting observational work. I keep on coming back to this SB, hungry for more.
Best of luck with wizards!
Hello Metal Fingers.
First off , and I think you already know. You have a really awesome sketchbook... and it's really inspired me to just sketch so much more as practice after seeing some of your studies.
I have a few questions like how long have you been drawing for? I'm just a beginner and I had my first lesson in product design about perspective lines in September but I only got properly motivated early this year to work so much harder.
cheers for reading ^^ i'm gonna come here more often now.
