Isn't that a wonderful snail? I'd love you take into the computer and give it a psychedelic makeover.
Metal Fingers- Thanks! I'll be able to draw with you next week once my finals are done, okay ?
Angel- Glad you like the skeleton, I don't! I always have trouble with them
MG_Dread- HEY THANKS!!!! I'll check them out definitely!
Black Spot- Yay! Happy you like it, my room smelled like sharpie for the rest of the day
Self portrait practically finished
Just need one more cupcake and to finish the tray and brazing details
And I like to think that this is what it looks like when a snail headbangs
hmmm you've got an interesting face and was that an squirrel in your monitor?
Metal Fingers- YAR ME MATEY!!!!
andres333-I hope it's the good kind of interesting Yup, that's a squirrel my neighbor's cat chased into my house.
Ardescoere- Here's more!!
My flip book! For the final project in my design class we had to make a zine on the topic of stupidity. I rotoscoped it, it took a long, long time O_O. I call it " The Human Stupidity in Motion" Thank you to Blake for animating it for me!
Yeah be sure that it's the good kind of interesting (what's the bad kind?? O_o) I'd say you're pretty. Anyway loving the last one lol
Holy cow, metal cupcakes!! This is such an awesome sketchbook hahah
Had a quick flick through and you've made awesome progress and trying out so many interesting things..damn...makes me want to go back to uni (I presume you're studying?)
Keep on making cool stuff, fighting squirrels and getting better!

Hey betsy, haven't been here in a while. But damn your works from class are getting better by the minute

andres333- The kind of face suited for radio
ForgottenState- I will! Actually, today a squirrel made that barking noise at me, so I barked back!
Eddiee- Thank you! I'll definitely post in your sketchbook too! It'll probably be tomorrow though, I'm so tired from school D:
I ran out of time on this O:!

"Painting my brain with memories of the future"
Pencil and brush is my choice of weapons!
PaintMyBrain- Thank you! Just don't eat them, you'll break your jaw!
Black Spot- Yay! Taking the reference picture was hard to do, especially since I wasn't wearing heels and had to stand on a box! I would have liked to have had more time to work on it, but that's how it works!
Yeah...no excuse, I've been lazy . After the finals my body just needed rest and sleep. But I'm back and better then ever(hopefully)!!! I've done some more things in the past few days too!!
I got the Idea for this from a drawing my friend made with sheep flying through the air
And while I was looking under rocks and logs for bugs this morning, I found this!!!!
Can't see it? look closer...
Don't worry, I didn't keep it
What's up Betsy?
You're recent stuff is awesome. Those black an white pieces are great. Great atmosphere on the cloud thing!

MAN! That snail is tiny. I mean really, really tiny. I peered at the picture and then went all "holy shit!"
Nice rotoscoping. It's funny, I studied animation for three years and never had time for that.
Really digging your metal sculptures and scratchboards.
Keep your art up!
Love the updates since my last check in...
Hope you're having a great summer!
Metal fingers-it's alright, next time you'll remember!!!
Braintree- Thanks! I've really fallen for that meadium, it's so fun!!
Myllys-Hi!!! Thanks, I was going for atmosphere, in fact the whole thing is atmpsphere!!!...That was a really lame weather joke
Rotor- Thanks! I was really surprised when I found it too, at first I didn't believe it was a snail!
Sorry it's been so long, I've been busy!
I made this post-apocalyptic-mutant-hobo-thing about a month ago,
But then my family and I went on a road trip all around Oregon!!!! We went to The Oregon caves, Crater lake, stayed at a Victorian-era Hotel, got to see the painted hills, and stayed at a lodge at Wallowa lake! (I've only ever stayed at cheap motels, so I was in awe of the accommodations at these places!)
Here's the painted hills with mommaXD
And after that I went up to Kirkland to see Granny!!!!
I was so inspired by the Oregon caves and the network of paths, grates, and stairs that it had that I decided to make an underground caves city!
...But for some reason, the focus is on an angry maintenance workerXD
I worked on this for around 2 weeks. I learned a lot, at least I hope I did!

That latest digital is definitely going on right direction, one thing would be to watch out little for going too dark because grayscale defines form and give feeling of space in enviroments, but offcource we also need total black as well, matter of balance
Anyway i want to see more enviroments
