So I have been hired to paint an enormous halloween mural for this organic grocery store where I live. Ill be using photoshop and my wacom tablet. But the mural is enormous, aprox 70 inches by 170 inches. The owners know where to have it printed, so they just need me to make the digital file.
So, as you will see if you look at my sketchbook, I am in the early stages of digital painting and am still... improving. But I need to get this done asap, so I need your help: Any advice would be appreciated. I am assuming I should work small and then continually resize the canvas until its the actual 170 by 70, so my computer doesn't die right away. Besides that, any advice on the project would be very helpful.
edit: now im considering switching to illustrator to do this as a vector file. would that be more logical?
