Hey hey hey!!
Hey man thanks for posting this stuff, its really inspirational for an amateur like me, I don't have a wacom or nothing to draw in photoshop so I'm sorta stuck with pencil and paper for now.. but i plan on getting one. Do you mind sharing what kinda wacom or pad you use to draw your stuff with and at what resolution?
Awesome work Holland, your use of brushes for building architecture is really great.
I think it would be pretty useful to try and do some piece where your REALLY pushing perspective in an unusual way, or atleast the objects are all in strong perspective - so you have to learn how to handle all the technical/custom brushes to match that. Atm its quite a bit of front and side perspective. With lots of horizontals and verticals.
Everything is looking really good though, I just see an opportunity to push this!
Hope you understand what I mean.
Keep up the great work.
Reaaally cool sketchy! More sci-fi vehicles!
hey dave!! thanks for stopping by the 'ol sketchbook I like what I'm seeing so far, especially your environments. such simple shapes yet very detailed at the same time-- you're very consistent in your realist studies as well ^^
keep it up my friend~
Nice updates man! I really dig those latest environments, it looks like they'd be great to work out ideas and concepts for a finished painting. There is a great style and gesture to them. Looking forward to more man!
I ENVY your landscape and speedpainting skills!
If those cities with many lights were speed-paintings, then your quite fast. Nice stuff overall man. Keep it up!
