You know what you have to do and you are doing it dude. Amazing results, keep working.
Great to see such improvement. The last portraits are looking cleaner and better. Seems you are getting more confident with your lines. Just keep doing whatever you are doing. In some of the digital, watch out on using too many hard edges, edge variation is key. Good job on the still life cup. Keep at it man!
Jolie progression !
Jesus... you've improved a lot since i last visited. That still life on the last page kicks ass and so does the skintone stuff. Keep it up dude!
this is my fav. you did awesome on the glaze effect. Keep it uo your doing awesome, can't wait to see some of those wips finished.
keep pushing it man D: the skin tones are coming along well but watch out for your shapes and adges...btew lu the bowl you've done from life !
Awesome, awesome, awesome digital paintings. Gotta do a lot more of those.
Did i stop by here recently? Anyways, good-lookin' studies, you're getting into your own. So keep doing what you're doing.
mad sketchbook, really coming along with tone and form well done
Your linework is awesome.
Hey bud. People are right, you are getting some good lines in there...they feel pretty confident!
In your sketches and such however, I feel like you are trying to outline everything a bit too much. As luness was suggesting, really study whats happening under surfaces - break down the basic planes and angles and study the masses not just from an outline perspective. If everything is just an even outline, it won't have as much depth. Nice still life and females at the end of the last page though!
Very nice crips lines, I always have trouble on the eyes. You have they right on target here. The female studies with skin tones look very promising too.
My only suggestion for the posemaniacs.com gestures is try to make the poses in difference sizes time to time. Maybe one that touches head to toe at the end of the page and other thumbnail size. Just some variation in size. So it throws of your drawing off and you become very comfortable with your line work at any scale.
Make a sketchbook happy, feed it a tip to improve!
You r rially going better man. keep it going!!!! nice job

drew lilnebo from ref ( didn't draw the face because she would kill me, but if you wanna see the face and laughing your ass off you can pm me ( haha i'm kidding of course ) the arms are too long
a few legs studies from Kevin chen class' demo
And stuff from mind : legs, femal bodies, and a skeleton :
Nice man. Keep working on the self portraits, try doing them in a different way altogether. The best way to improve is practice, and experimentation.
lilnebo : Thanks bitch ! No way i'll change my title, you should change your in something like that " the 14 yo girl that love Walid, and that will miserably work after him for massive black" muahahahahahaha ! I'm kidding, and i'm giving you a huuuuge kiss !
Ghostbrush : Thanks dude :p
FraserMcT : thanks bro !
Well, today only digital stuff, too lazy to scan all my pencil stuff -_-
sp from life
Baby lilnebo ( epic fail, damn, i'll work on form and edges for the next painting !)
a character design
a b&w character, it sucks :p
Cool progression dude, a couple of things to watch out for.
In the digital portraits you might want to use a background tone that helps to bring out the values more. typically I'd go for something a little darker, as it helps you to let the highlights pop more, and for you to judge your skintones better Remember, more important than colour is value value value. Try doing some purely greyscale pics from reference for a bit. Without colour distracting you, which can be too intimidating at first you might suprise yourself with what you can do.
The self portaits look better and better, but you continuosly make the eyes too big, and they look a little pasted on. Remember that the eye is spherical in shape and the shading on the lower eyelid and upper eyelid help to show this, the portion of the eye we see is relatively small usually.
Keep it up man, you're doing great
Miles : thanks buddy i'll follow your advices !
Well, stuff from yesterday and today
eyes from life
a face from mind
Some industrial designs doodles, i'll try to work more on it ! it's funny :p
The weekly challenge ( tried to do it without refs )
Some characters, and anatomy from mind
Those were actually good sketches, first one is flyswatted (too many directions) , in the bar the bartender is standing too 2 dimensional, second one with man and woman standing and the last one are the best ones. good stuff here again
hmm you all are doing nice selfportraits, i quess i have to do one too

Looking good! Some of your pencil work looks a bit timid in terms of line quality and size--you could try starting off each drawing session with a few violent gestures-force yourself to take up the whole page, lock your wrist, and use your entire arm and shoulder to do the drawing. I've found that that helps me... Great work, though--will definitely check back in.
Good stuff man! I like the different eyes you drew up there and the chick with the sword is cool too. Your poses are looking good too but you should do some hand and feet studies. Do some other anatomy as well and really work on making your poses look more life-like. Rendering is a good way to do that. Keep it up though I see improvement in these pages
