i named this work: soul, live and death. the blood don´t work the way i want it. but it´s an old work. i don´t think i will change it in the moment. hope you like it anyway.
Very nice abstract pieces in here, your lines are just beautiful. To make your traditional pieces just perfect you could push your values a little more, it's sometimes too flat and there could be greater value range on the skin. I demand more
your traditional sketchbook stuff is amazing man, but something about the work you do digitally isnt as strong, maybe its the bold outlines in the pencil work i like that arent in the painted pieces... ill definatly keep watching tho, aweosme style.
post more things from your sketchbooks, your pencil lines are soft and warm =)
i did a lot of works in the last years and my style changes from time to time. so i give you a little update what happend and where it goes till now. the easyest way is to show u some images.
In the same year i started to work with references.
this should be enough for the first post after 4 years
hope u enjoy.
In the past I worked the most of the time without coloring my works. when i began to work with fotos i just try it to work in color.i took my crayons and some molotow to light and dark the testpainings. it took me some houres to paint just one of this little pieces but at the end i was super motivated.
my technic isn´t the best for paper the most of the time i paint holes in the medium.
would like to get some reply
I really like your sketchbook, it's innovative and your use of colors is very good! Keep up the good work
if you are painting holes into the paper, it's because the paper has been brushed into a state of moist that the paper cant take. There's always aquarell (?) paper to use, but i don't know if you already use it. Your colours are nice, but, i feel like that they are so muted (though very interesting) that your colouring can feel abit lifeless. You are really talented tho, and your black and whites are amazing too.
If i don't reply to questions on others sketchbooks, send me a message. I'm very scatterbrained
Oh, wow. Nice work! I totally love the one with the "Babuschka"-kind of concept (dog eats rabbit eats woman...). Strong color choice. It's so beautiful, I can't take my eyes off it.
the birds are so nice in a sad kinda way. and the woman with rabbit and fox........sweet.
really cool stuff in here man.
