Yefim: Thanks, yo!

So, here's the third pen/ink experiment... With this one, I tried to focus on making things dark and creating forms without using outlines.
Also, you can check out my and my friend Shaula's work at Bedlam Coffee in the Belltown neighborhood in Seattle, this Thursday (June 17th, 2011). This Thursday is the Belltown Artwalk and lots of local studios and businesses will be hosting new artwork in their spaces for the public to come in and see: Belltown Artwalk
Shindig starts at around 7.00pm... good coffee, people, and art
AustenFM: Thanks, man.
So, earlier this year, I finished up some work on a trading card for The Spoils. I was pretty stoked when I was asked to do a card for these guys since I have friends from home who had actually played the game.
The name of the card I was asked to do is "Merbegon, The Insatiable Taxidermist". He kills his enemies and then turns them into mounted trophies. I thought it'd be cool to also suggest that some of his enemies' pieces become part of him... kinda' metal, I thought.
You can find out more about The Spoils, here. The card I illustrated will be part of the Seed 3 release.
And it case it's not obvious... Arcane Tinmen (owners of The Spoils IP) hold the rights for reproduction of this image
Also, I did a logo for Hotel Hotel, a hostel in Fremont, Seattle, Washington USA. If you're traveling through Seattle anytime, and need a hostel to stay in, go here!!!

And, lastly, the cover for my friends' (The Inbreeding Redneck, from Denmark) new album, "Abnormal Life Portrayed:

Terrific works man. I very much like the hands you create as well as everything else. The hands have very cool life to them. Pow!
dude these really fucking dope man!
STRaY: Hey, thanks! It's funny you mention hands because that's something people have noticed forever, in my works I guess it's a habit
I've got a few things to share... These first three are for Paul Richards' Substrata project.
I've also been actively keeping up an Instagram and a (sometimes NSFW) Tumblr account. If you're into that kind of thing, please check them out
