Hello , I posted a thread here before ,I got a complicated situation, and I'd like some advice , if possible.
I found an art course , I've applied myself in , but its been decided that I'll be put on the 2nd level , which is GCSEs instead of A levels (something which I can actually go to university with)
I don't have any former qualifications (I am 16 going on to 17 and I didn't study the whole year because I transferred from Israel to England in the middle)
My friend tells me that GCSEs is child's work , and I'm too advanced for it , not to mention that in my age I should be studying for the A levels , which is the 3rd levels instad of the 2nd.
Now I don't really know what to do , I'm really confused , should I ask them to place me on third level instead , considering all my circumstances?
The GCSEs is a one year course , and the A levels , the third level is 2 years , if I start the A levels now then I'll finish the course when I'll be 18 , but if I take the GCSEs first I'll finish when I'm 19.
I really don't know what to do.
