You're fantastic. I love how beautifully busy some of your sketchbook pages are. I mostly like the work you do from imagination: your faces, cartoons and horses.

I love the ads in post #274. They are hilarious. I like that style you have going.

Leonor: Hey, thanks for the encouraging words, L I appreciate your checkin' out my stuff!

Older stuff today -- pencil SP sketch, from back in November, and a ballpoint pen study of Alma-Tadema's "Roman Potter" I worked on for months (during lunch break) awhile back. The pinkish spots are from the crinkled paper (too much ballpoint ink, even for a moleskine!)

Your mucha study is coming along nicely too. On the downside I notice that your digital renderings are not quite up to par with your analog studies. they lack depth of field and form in my opinion. check up on some refs and think in bridgman/loomis planes and then put down your halfshadows, lights and shadows. save the extremes till last (brightests bright and darkest darks).

    nice progress though : )

This one is very nice. I like the subtle textures and it looks accurate.

I was wondering what that pink tone was on the stairs but then you mention the stain.

That last one is pretty nice, like the sligthly subdued greens. That lizard thing a few posts back's cool too, you sure it's not a pseudo-dragon instead? The neck on the griffin's on the long side, if you don't mind a bit of critisism. Well, just keep doing what you're doingn, seems you're on a roll lately.

I like the recent speedpaints but you got to remember those soft shadow and rendering those flat colors otherwise they look more like 2d cut outs/murals than 3d objects.

I like that pencil one, or is it wacom pencil? Like the scratchy lines. I wish you'd go a little crazier with the painting, but maybe that's just me.
