I love the shotgun. Also it looks like the car is getting dragged back (not in a bad way). Very cool.

The skulls and the ripped up shells are a nice touch also.

Nice. Like the car particularly. Reminds me of a Brom painting called War Bird

Its on cradled masonite panel. I like masonite more than canvas as it is smoother initially. I am too anxious to paint to add layer after layer of gesso, then sand etc etc to get the smooth surface that masonite has.

You've managed to capture the motion really well. The colour scheme is lively without being over the top - like it.

PLUS - Love the choice of car!

    Bow to the Lord Humungus!

Yeah Brom kicks ass. Haha Chris. The recipients of the shells are probably about to get rammed too. And yes I am definitely glad "suck it" made it to this helmet, abones.

Sevans, the Merc is tied for my favorite Leadsled with the '54 Chevy and any of the '50-53 Buicks. I bet they have some fun versions of those over in NZ, as I think all of the american companies had factories that built cooler versions in Australia, maybe New Zealand too? I could just picture any of those era cars demolishing anything around today(or post-apocalyptic future)

Nice work Rankin, great improvements over the last time I saw it, you took it to the next level!
This is really cool subject matter, I would like to see the same scene but from a different, closer angle. Maybe we see what he is driving toward! That would be awesome!
