BGs The Arc - SemiBig DL
first this disclaimer: excuse my english, im spanish speaking and at this moment Im studing another language (italian)
Hi, guys, My name es JuanManuel Tumburús, im an argentine artist and these last years I worked in a film studio.
Well, in this thread Im placing some BGs for the film "El Arca" (The Arc) based in the well-know history of Noe (btw, this films is not religious)
The film was made in Argentina, in an studio called Patagonik Film Group.
These BGs were drawn by Nelson Luty and his little crew, and the Art Director was Sebastian Barreiro (BGs painted by Sebastian)
And I painted them:

Hi, guys, I update this post with some final frames taked from the DVD version (in stores now in Argentina).
I disagree with some "artistic" lines in the post production. For example: watch the frame with the lion's face ... looks absolutely black!!! One assumes that is a children movie!
Often post production affects negatively all the work done previously.
In any case, I hope that you can to appreciate the art.
