I've never had anyone ask me to be "clement"... good vocabulary for the win! lol
If I may make a suggestion, if you don't want to draw from life, then find yourself a "draw the human head" book or something -- your faces still need some practice... Likin' these latest shading pics...
    Keep sketchin'

Some of these are really great! For example the wtf-guy in your first post or the dark-haired singer in your last post.

But then again you have some other drawings which are quite awful (at least in comparision with the better ones).
For instance the guy at the bottom of the last page of your last post: He looks way to stiff - and he is looking as if he was falling over.
Additionally, his head and head and chest and arms look somehow "flat" and "blockish" - as if he consisted of rectangular boxes.
This is an extreme example - but some of the other not-so-good drawings have similar tendencies. This is something you should work on.

But since there are already some really good drawings in here, it seems to me as if you are already on the right track!

some of your drawings seem to lean to one side, do you turn you page alot? Its quite a hard thing to get out of the habit of (slanty pics)..

saying that though i like your chocobo type rider and the guy face on clenchin his fists also shows some promise, all it takes is practise.. You seem to have caught the doodle bug by the looks of your notes so that shouldnt be a problem.

your style of inking is like free hand, like as though you never had the pencil safety net underneath, maybe you should try that. At least you wont have to draw everything twice and i tihnk your ink style kinda looks that was anyway.
