I really enjoy the splatters that you add to your inks. Some of your figure drawings are pretty impressive as well.

Liking the wildlife image in the 8th post.

some gorgeous ink/brush work you got going on here. I really like the way you are using the broad brush strokes to represent feathers on the birds you've drawn, they all look top notch. Your work in other mediums isn't quite up to par with this and seems to be much stiffer. While pencil and brush are very different instruments and should be treated differently, you may wish to loosen up more with your pencils and almost treat it as though you were putting ink to paper, this may prove to be easier :]. Anyways keep it up man - all it takes is time and practice. Other than that just do more life studies and blah blah blah you know the story. peace dude

    hey!

Just wanted to thank ya for stopping by the SB. Really dig the rough india ink stuff you have going on in some of your earlier posts... they have a lot of energy and the silhouette work is nice. Reminds me of Frank Miller and Mignola - lots of use of BLACK. Which isn't a bad thing if the composition works out.

My crits would be to work on that anatomy more... we all have to don't we?

And thanks for the proposal btw. haha

    Hey Herr Rotopolpraktikant,
