I just found this amazing site on the Drawn! blog (http://www.drawn.ca/)
You'll find nearly every pose there, you can turn the figures 360° and you see muscles and bones and learn about anatomy at the same time.
In addition you have several options. For example you can do a little figure drawing training and set the time how long you'll take for each pose. Just try it, it's so helpfull!
Tha bad thing is that everything is in japanese...
I think I've seen some programs doing that, not sure where though. However, is the quality to trust? They're obviously 3d models but is the 3d simulating a real model with flesh and bones at a level that good it's worth as reference material?
