    Sleepy Hollow

I'm toying with The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. A was doodling horses and some how I came up with the idea to paint this I am still in the developement stages so there are no solid ideas yet I am going to figure out what is the best way to compose this image to bring out the drama of the headless horseman. And from there focus on painting this is PS.

All ideas and POs are welcome, thanks for viewing.

Yep, second one is definately better. The horses legs are all fucked up, though. Here a random horsepic from the internet to show what I mean: http://www.bigskygypsy.com/Images/Ta...-front-web.jpg

It has a lot of potential I think although your linework is a tad hairy.

Thanks for all the CC's but like I mentioned at the top of the thread I'm not concerned with how good the sketch is I know the anatomy of the horse is off Im just tring to get the feel for the COMPOSITION. I have a lot of horse reference and I will correct all that needs correcting once I get my Comp in order.

Sup bro? I like where you're going with this. I also think the second one gives you more of the drama you're going for. For the first, if the legs were up more, kicking in the air and hair flowing, giving the horse some 'tude, I'd probably like that better. But I also like how you have the head twisting in the second.
