Too bad it doesnt work with stuck pixels. I have this green stuck pixel that wont go away. I've tried this technique and a color randomizer program.

I've got three dead pixels on my flat screen, I'm not sure what stuck means, but they're pretty much stay at the same place, seem to be red at the moment.

Just tried doing that tecthnique, still the same I'll keep trying untill I decide to give up later on , thats enough headache for one day.

You have stuck pixels. They get 'stuck' on a color RBG, mostly red for some reason. A dead pixel is one that emits no light.

For stuck pixel you want to run something that will cycle the pixels through each color( http://udpix.free.fr/ works well). It might take hours to do. You can also try to 'burn it in' which is just leaving your monitor on a blue or green screen. I wouldn't suggest that since it could darken your whole screen or tint it.

Dude, it worked! Actually, my pixel was stuck on blue... figure it was worth a try and it did it. Thanks a lot for posting this!
