    Fraz thanks man

Thanatos Good crit man, some of my stuf isnt quite as flowing as i would like.

Pencil stuff. Pretty pleased. Second one is ruushed. The second thing here is an example of why my lines need to flow more.

Finished my A4 sketchbook and found this great A5 hardback one lying around that I can use to just do portraits of people and just generally take with me. Here are some sketches of my family watching tv. All around 20 mins, got all 3 done in the hour program.

How neat, it's cool to find another teen artist here. I'm 17.

Anyways great sketchbook! I really like your last sketch.
I really need to start drawing from real life more.

Your drawings from life are really well done; very realistic, and the shading looks great. Hmm, those last few drawings only took you 20 minutes each, right? It would take me hours to draw something that looks like that. Haha. And to think that you're my age, too... I'm jealous!

    Keep posting!

Seems like you need to tidy up your shading. Try get all of the shading to follow the contours, instead of just scribbling.
Keep going with the black and white stuff, they look cooler each time.
I would suggest for you to neaten your line up too. They seem a bit too scratchy by looking at this last page.
Also, feel free to drop in my sketch book and offer me some criticism

    Heya,

Nice flower! I really like it. Great use of color and lightning.
About your portraits... I think you are kinda overshading them. The shadows look just as dark as his eyebrows and so your faces get kinda dark. I'd say make the dark less dark. Keep up the good work.

Fraz Cheers man, all stuff to work on.

jordyskateboardy yer i see what you mean now. Talk to you some more on MSN sometime.

This isn't very good and I'm gonna blame it on the paper which tears because the mechanical pencil is too sharp lol.

I agree. B&Ws look awesome if the pose is cool and has a lot of action, but there it seems a bit dull...
The train is looking kickass. I love the composition. Keep at it, cause I reckon it could come out sexually.

#492 pose...check your light source because right now if you put your hand over the torso the legs look odd. Hard to tell which way they are turning especially the one on the left because it is almost sheer black...very nice pose though..#483 is my favorite...

good stuff, i like that your drawing from life i think alot of people underestimate how good for you that is. Focus a little bit more on structure and line quality rather than rendering, keep up the hard work!

Nice improvements mate. Really well done. I would say add some blue light on his face and make it a little bit darker on the right. Keep it coming!
