Nice updates man! I love the moleskin of that girl, great lighting and technique
One word: inspirational
Looking to the firt page and then see the last one, the results omfg. Dude i started post here too and one day i hope looks like you! Gonna follow your sketchbook for now.
Ps: I couldn't see everything, but I will definitely visit all the sketchbook pages.
awesome stuff as always Miles
I love the warm colors on that last painting , very different from usual stuff I've seen
The last gestures are great!
I've been drawing from pixelovely as well for the last few weeks, but damn you just put me to shame. I need to work harder.
The painting is amazing. It seems like there is something odd about the light on the far leg and shoe, but it might just be the styling.
Looking forward to seeing your work during the summer.
Thanks so much guys, I really appreciate the kind words
I'm trying to really get back into pencils and tackle my drawing abilities, which I feel have fallen behind my rendering and painting skills. I don't have access to a scanner its gonna have to be crappy sharpened photos for now, they get the point across.
Much love to you allll!
A stupid drawing, forest shaman type cliche... duuurrrrrrr
Aaand some studies from street fashion blogs, these are so much fun to do and I think I'm getting a lot from them. Its really interesting just to play around with mark making and being suggestive with the pencil again.
I have some thumbnails for a painting I'm kind of excited about, will share when its more fleshed out. More soon!

just going back and concentrating on the drawing is going to bring you soo much man! looking forward to seeing where you take it.
that stupid forest shaman is pretty sweet. lets see you updating more over the summer boyo!
cool shaman, her hand and arm seems small though, going back to construction and laying down cylinders and cubes will help with proportions issues.
F%^&$&#K man, your rendering skills have skyrocketed. The pencil work kind of reminds me of Whit Brachna's work. Keep posting your awesome stuff.
Wow. I wish I had started drawing at the age you did instead of taking IB and other pointless shit. Your skills are basically at hiring level!!!
I envy those pencil sketches so much dude, ive been trying to do stuff like that for so long but im not up to par with this at all.
May I ask then, for those sketches(like the foresty girl) do you start with a construction figure or rhythmic lines or do you just build that from nothing?! Because I cant see any construction lines on it...which is just insane.
Either way, amazing SB!!!
Oh, man, your pensil is GODLIKE, i always think thats pensils are the most cool thing for dravind and u are good good proof of it
God SB man, u really pro)
Diggin that shaman. Nice man!
you've got just amazing edge control in your pieces *_*

gonna keep coming back, can't wait to see more
Thanks guys! Morrreeee

your an animal Miles!! keep it going!!
That last piece is great, can't wait to see it finished. I imagine it's something like a false reality, or a drug, or both. Nice composition too.
This concept remind me of concept behind Vanilla Sky movie, if you didn't saw it, watch it.
(original version off course)

Holy shit Miles... that is all.
I really appreciate your accuracy and the simplicity of your work. Great job as always.
