Damn, skimmed through this sketchbook, and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. You have gotten very good to! Gives me hope. Possibly the coolest sketchbook I have seen so far. And I tell you that mine will be this cool in 5 years as well !

Please, excuse me for the possible errors in my English.

I'll update more when I can, in a bit of a hurry before school starts right now. Here are the two DnD images I made for wizards of the coast about a month back

Hey everyone. Been in a bit of a slump recently over personal reasons but I think I'm starting to get my shit together again. Wizards of the coast re-hired me so I can't show the work I'm doing for them at the moment.

Instead, here is a shitty best of from the last months sketching in and out of the atelier. Nothing particularly special but it always feels good to put something out there. I just finished my studies at the Atelier for the moment, though I will be coming back next year so expect more from September onwards.

    Anyway,

First Chalk and Charcoal drawing, starting simple.

    Name: 2.jpg
Views: 4248
Size: 329.4 KB

Long figure pose, I didn't get time to finish this as we went on a school trip to Prague halfway through and saw a ton of awesome art.

Size: 369.6 KB

A crazy form of torture. Both of these were completed in just 5 days with the goal of capturing the main sense of light over finished quality. I had to do it twice as in the first iteration the light was not strong enough

Just studies, some from life, some from paintings and some from imagination.

Unbelievable stuff... Just the fact you referred to the first one in the post as 'simple' is mindblowing.
Slumps always suck, but I'm glad you're feeling better at least. Looking forward to future posts!

Sam was staying with me for the past couple of days and managed to injure himself and end up with a good few stitches. After watching doctors work around with the inside of his forearm I was a little dissapointed to find out Sam isn't a robot.

whow, haven't seen your sketchbook in a long long time, you exploded.
cant quite give a critique, at first glance looks good, maybe from now on spend more time on materials, reproduction in your drawing/painting style of materials

    see ya

looking sweet man, and yeah Sam isn't a robot : (

Actually he is, but he's the T1400 which is highly organic and realistic.
