    Hey Kait,

These few babies on the top of this page are evidence of a huge progress you made. Much more mature in the execution.
I'll keep an eye on you, mate!
    Take care,
    Khan

It may not be the right way, but sometimes it comes up with impressive results,

Nice work, especially this last one, love it, Can't wait to see more.

found your sketchbook hunting down "sparth"
    very awesome stuff my friend!
the futuristic pictures near the top of this page (for the cellphone company) remind me a lot of the concept art for Mass Effect.

    brilliant colors!
any chance you'd share bit of your PS brushes? these landscapes are to kill for.

edit: also... I had to come back and comment on your last piece.
the way the buildings have settled into the rockface... gorgeous... really ages the scene.
you mentioned foundation was teh second book. what series is it from?

    thanks...ill try : )

about those brushes....actually, i dont use many. just some for skeching and blocking but most are simple shape-brushes...for example plants and trees.
i just make quick sketch and when its ok...i just add photos, textures etc. look the last pic. the mountain is from here -> http://www.visitidaho.org/press/asse...yofRocksSP.jpg

nowdays i use airbrush a lot...for blending different shapes, textures, photos.

    and the book: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Foundation_Series
