Hades Squire: The Javelin Thrower
Hello everybody.. i'm currently creating a series of paintings of conceptual warriors based off of Olympic sports... i think i've almost completed my first piece, however, i'm in need of some critique for the final touches of my first piece: The Javelin Thrower... thanks and i'll be open to whatever you all have to say..

i'm basing my idea off of marco's dvd... he built a series of 4 characters. i'm going to do something similar based off of what he taught me throughout the course of the dvd... four embodiments of possible warriors of Hades... i'm looking to better my visual story telling... keep unified elements w/in the whole of the characters.. the use of the number 3 and trianges... the symbol of the blade " ^ " ... if any of you know of it... i'm looking to better my usage of contrast elements... i'm looking for a good rule of thumb for unified color pallets (I.E., is it a good idea to keep the same color pallet for each peice, or should i use different ones, and what would be a good way to go about picking different colors that work to unify the series?)... any answers to questions such as these would be greatly appreciated... any other answers to other problems that i haven't covered would also be appreciated greatly
