    Got a link?

I remember seeing his concept work for Disney's "Hercules" when I was in high school. It's really unusual stuff for Disney's standards, and certainly they toned down the final designs for the film, but man, that Hydra was easily one of my favorite cartoon villains.

Intersting. I thought the design for Hercules was eerily familiar. I just couldn't put my finger on it till now

    Awesome thanks for posting!
I always remember being very stirred by the Pink Floyd artwork, I would see the figures come to life as I listened to the songs. In fact, where's my The Wall album? Time to give it another visit..

I'm looking to get the album, I've seen the film on DVD, but I could put the album on my MP4 player.

At one point I thought him and Ralph Steadman were the same person as their work is quite similar ish.

His book Scarfe on scarfe is excellent. He was a press illustrator during the Vietnam war and he did the most amazing pen drawing of a young US soldier looking at the empty boots of a dead comrade. Really haunting and shows incredible draftsmanship. His chairman Mao leather sofa is pretty great too. I'm off to find the book now....must get a fix.

so this is the man behind the wall .. wow .. living legend status for sure. That has gotta be the strangest, most weirdest art i've ever seen for a disney movie ..
I really wonder how he can ever top the artwork he did for the wall, I mean not only was the art beautiful, the theme (behind the album- isolation, growing up, the struggle within as well as without etc) he had to work with was nothing short of incredible either. If I ever did something like that, every other job that came my way would probably seem like chicken feed. Guess the little league has it's benefits that way thanx for the link
