I have a small, handy set of clear plastic drawers that I bought at Wal*Mart, or somewhere like that, that I stuff all of my art supplies into. Mine's not especially organized, but I'm sure that you can do a better job of that. I don't think they're very expensive--under $10, anyway.

    Lightbulb

    Maybe i have an idea..
If you have a desk with a few drawers in it.
Then you can put some things (where you normally would put a dinner set in)in the drawers. Now you can organize your drawing stuff and it's easy to find and work with it.

If you didn't understand a word of it because of the bad english..
    then just watch the pictures

I work at an art store part-time, so I tend to swipe their old displays. If you know anyone in a similar job, let them know to lookout for you. Otherwise, I've found that simple round cans/pen holders are truly best for things like brushes, pencils and pens that you are actively using. As thesinfulaint points out, drawers are tough to keep organized and quickly find what you need when you are consistantly using your supplies.

    hehe looks pretty nice huh
And it only cost about 10dollars and some time organizing
And if you are done with organizing it really helps because
you don't have to search for your pencil anymore and
everything is secured safe in a drawer so no boxes with
expensive pencils falling on the ground
