    There are a number of resources for the sort of workouts they did. I and some friends have been looking into it. It takes some initial financial investment and a lot of time and dedication, but it is some great stuff. My favorite exercise of theirs is the flipping of a 400 pound tractor tire, hopping through it, runnig around it, and repeat.

    Step 2: Hug in the shade
    Step 3: Brush your teeth

    I'm sorry to damp your wows and woots, but this doesn't beat Christian Bale, going down to 100 pounds for The Machinist and then gaining 100 pounds (doubling!!!) for Batman Begins, just to find out he had gained more than he should and had to go on diet again
