Thanks Sketch! Well that first owl only took me about 2-3 hours, cause it was little & easy. The second one probably took me more like 5 hours, since if I don't like the way something on it looks, ill rip out all the stiches & completely redo it. This next one took me around 5 hours too, probably more. I work pretty slow too most of the time 'cause when I sew I watch movies & Boy Meets World episodes haha since it mostly doesnt really need my full attention

Thank you David! well i'm keepin the second one. I made katy something else in place of it.

Made this afro lady today. She has a pocket in her hair! The 2nd owl fits perfectly in it. im thinkin of maybe tacking her to my wall at school & using the pocket to hold pencils or something like that.

    David: This owl's for you!

agelaos: Thanks dude, awesome is what im goin for.

chrisly: thanks haha. i like my stuff to make people smile!

sketch: Yeah, i have so many ideas sketched out, my hands just wont work fast enough. Plus I'm still trying to figure out a way to make them more 3d, cause right now they just have a front & back but no sides really. im gonna have to rip apart a beanie baby or something to figure out how they do it.

    portrait from last night

damn owl took me forever. Dont know if i even like it anymore. No more owls after this i dont think.

m0uS3r: puppets!? theyre plushies. =( thanks though, haha

Sketch: Thanks! My favorite one is still the one with the swirlie eyes. No one else seems to like that one though. ah well.

eskanto: Thanks a ton! That one took forever. I need to develop more patience so i can make more things like that.

agelaos: haha thanks! ill make you one someday maybe.

Just one for now. I've been busy moving back into school & well... starting school. Too much excitement for me to settle down & try to draw something. I do have a finished plushie too but now that I'm not at home I dont have access to a good camera.

Nice, I like the portrait in 157, you got the tilt of the head perfectly from what I can tell, nice job!

The bucktooth guy makes me want to deck him in the maw. The owls are cute though. Baby owls rule, big eyeballs!

    Hello
Those owls are great! I wish I had me an army of them! We would conquer the world!
Also, your penciwork is getting better and better! This one is just great My only suggestion would be to darken the background where it touches the face. It will make it pop out more. The face I mean.
    Have fun now

When in doubt, run and shout.

ive kind of lost most of my interest in drawing. I tried to draw some animals the other night, but after two hours i got bored of it & didnt finish it, & started sewing something instead haha.

well heres the unfinished birds anyway:

these are probably my favorite "batch" of plushies so far. all except the one with the huge teeth are only the skins of them. I hadn't stuffed them yet so i could scan them into my computer. i dont have my own camera yet. at least not a good one.

fuck yeah heart shaped pillow for david. its us. the pink is neon pink, it just didnt show up that way for some reason. it didnt totally fit in the scanner. & ITS NOT DONE YET. i keep getting distracted with other things.

David: yeah, i can sew so fast nowwwwwww, & so much cleaner! its exciting.

sketch: hahah thanks! yeah i would be sad if i puked neon orange puke all over myself too. youre just a couple minutes too early, i was just about to update!

i drew today! and finished it. two portraits, nothing exciting. =(

Yay college! this is what i do during class.

& the "skins" of a couple plushies i finished yesterday. im trying to think of a clever name for these kinds of plushies, i like "beanies" or "hoodies", since it looks like theyre wearing giant hoods.. but... i could think of better.
