BlightedArt: Aw thats great! Let me know how she likes it.
Katzenminze: I am definitely obsessed. There's just unlimited possibilities with monsters, and no restrictions! I love it!
Pseudocognition: hahah my cat tries to nab the little pocket sized monsters all the time. I have to put them up high or theyll go mysteriously missing, and I'll find them under the bed. Hahah I wish I had time to make halloween themed monsters! Im having a hard time keeping up with my commissions currently.
l0stinth0ughts: aw but theyre nice monsters.
algenpfleger: hahah thanks!!
FactorZero: ! thanks so much! I always wonder if people actually read them, or skip over them entirely. I put a good amount of thought into them.
blashyrk: Thanks! Theyre some of my favorite little guys to make.
William b. Hand:
Just one for now.
Made these two monstropi for the Doublepunch gallery in San Francisco. I forget when the show opens. November sometime.
Had a little photoshoot with them. Calimari!
Will upload a real, lighbox picture of them later. I'm real fond of that little white one.
Natzuur-JK: Thanks! Awesome, point them in my direction. ;D
algenpfledger: like happiness.
Coinpurse: If i had actually turned the stove on, they would have been up in flames in seconds!
Mr David: thanks love, the white one is my favorite too.

Two monsters for Doublepunch in San Francisco.
But if you really want one of them, theyre up in my shop for one week! Then, if theyre not sold, I'm shipping them out.
The monstropi are a highly evolved form of the octopus. In addition to being swimmers, they can also walk on land whenever they choose. In fact, they almost always choose land. They love to climb trees, and will go from limb to limb, using their long tentacles to grab and swing. Monstropi are easy to spot, even at night, because they almost always come in unusual colors that make them stand out against their background. Many animals are so taken back and confused by these creatures that most predators just leave them alone.
