Rhineville: You love my cutesy pootesy things! admit it. maybe these bears are more your manly style. Yeah I did and redid Johns face so many times, his face is really disproportioned.

David!: I dont think you look so slammin. I can do better! I will do better! Hey next time you come I'll try again. Maybe from a not straight on angle too. chea.

    StarbonesCoffin: Thanksss! here's more!

Darktwin: Thanks so much for noticing, I've been trying hard. I'll post as often as I can!

okay well firstoff, I just wanted to show everyone this amazing sketchbook find. Goodwill... one dollar. Pretty good paper. AMAZING COVER. Look at it:

Why someone would ever give this up is beyond me.

OK so here's two grizzlies I drew in it today:

Holy mother of the ultimate non-button noses: Sorry John

Seriously though, those portrait studies are very good. You're also very brave to cut up your works and collage them the way you did earlier on this page. I would never get the balls to do something like that.

I have to tell you something very important now as this might save your life at some point. Pandas may look cute, they might look slow and clumbsy - they are NOT. They're evil little fiends and the only reason why most people think otherwise is because they're constrantly high on Eucalyptus (sp?) Watch out for these evil fuggers.

Amazing graphic design ability, you have got style, I gotta say that. But at the same time, you also have a strong handle on realism which is a great combination to have. Really like the color usage, you are able to pick bright colors and make them vibrant, but they aren't obnoxious or clashing. I'll definitely be look more on this one!

You're so nice David! I sure will keep goin'.

Some felt buddies I've been sewing. The little blue dude on the right is a keychain on my backpack right now. Don't know what to do with the other ones just yet. working on some other ones too. they take awhile to do despite their small size, hand sewing's a bitch.

Here's the one I'm working on now. It's not done yet, still in pieces & she still needs mouth & nose.

    Hey
Damn! Your portraits are so awesome! I have absolutely no idea if the likeness is spot on or not, but they sure look great. And of course, the animal studies are also great
Only critique I can think of now is about Frankenstein's monter's left eyebrow (our right). Its upper edge doesn't show the relief you've shown on the forhead above.
It's great to see the progress with each post! Keep at it!
    Have fun now
When in doubt, run and shout.
