heyas, i know this forum is still young, so the chance that someone lives near me is slim, but i was wondering if anyone knows of any life drawing courses in the memphis, tn area. ive looked around but havent had any luck finding any.
I think I spoke with you before, but around Memphis, you best bet is to stay close to your art school. If Remy Miller and Fred Burton are still there...they will be glad to help out. Embrace them like the Art Gods that they are.
-yeah that was me.
-hopefully ill get to meet them at orientation, they sound like cool guys.
-i was mainly just asking about this because i dont know if ill get to do life drawing my freshmen year and i want to get as much of it under my belt as i can.
i have attended several art schools and they have all had some sort of weekly or daily life drawing workshop.
also, alot of teachers don't mind if you crash their courses, just stand at an easel or sit at a chair toward the back of the room(that way the students in that class get first pick of choice spots.). don't be afraid. art teachers don't bite, . . . well most don't anyway :evilbat:
