    As much as I might like to knock this picture and say it's totally disgusting to me, it actually is probably one of the most finished digital painting I've done to date, with no drawing beforehand (just massed it in and worked from there). I know the arm/leg symmetry is off, but it was kinda fun being able to hide things I did wrong with contrast reduction, etc..

    I'm open to crits or advice if you want to share it, or general appraisals of my shortcomings. This piece was done for a digital challenge of sorts, so it's kinda 'done' but not done enough to go in a higher profile thread, imo.

    I love the lighting effects. I think you backlit him really well. His pose just seems so weird to me, though. It looks like he's running, but his face is full front.
    The black and white compliments this piece wonderfully.

    The pen is mightier than the sword, but the minigun does more damage.
