    "Technical Difficulties"

I've been a long time fan of folklore and WWII so I though I would combine the two in a fantasy adventure scene involving a group of gremlins attacking a B-17 bomber.

really nice rendering. I wonder if showing a clearer view of the pilot's reaction would help bring more drama to the scene..

I think this is really great.. The only thing I wish you had done and feel as if you can do is make the pose of the gremlin thats closet to the viewer a bit more dynamic.. Like leaning back and struggling to hold on to the speeding plane.. Other then that really solid work of art! thanks for sharing

Mainloop- man i must be dyslexic.. cuz i thought you asked how many people are on lsd

Very awesome, amazing. I would agree with vigostar, another thing I would add to that is that I almost missed the gremlin on the the side plane, maybe try and bring him out more as well? but this painting kicks ass dude, lovely

I have to agree with the rest of the comments, good composition, good choice of colors and details.

It looks pretty nice yo! The only thing I have to say is that your painting needs some atmospheric perspective love. I see the silhouettes of all the other planes in the background and even though they are all different sizes they all seem to be the same tone of hue. Try pushing it and see what looks good for you. great work!

This is sick. I think you pulled off the concept perfectly, the composition and lighting push the sense of action nicely.
The idea of thoseWW2 'gremlins' interests me too, Im inclined to go look them up now... such a strange myth, It makes me wonder where it arose from specifically.

    Thanks Djohnston.
I've always been fascinated folklore and cryptozoology and gremlins have been on the top of my list as favorite fictional beings. I gotta admit that I was always a bit dessapointed with the look of the gremlins in the movie "Gremlins". I just thought they were a bit too reptillian and looked more like just wierd animals rather than supernatural beings. (but they did get the big ears right, considering it's been a trademark characteristic of gremlins.)

I think the best looking interpetation of a gremlin may very well be the one in "Twlight Zone: The Movie". It may not have had the big ears but it had a classic "elfy" quality, creepy movements and was scary looking as well.

I'm still loving this image! But now that I've looked at it for a while I think the only thing I would suggest is to have the planes in the bckgd flying horizontally and let this one infested with gremlins be diving down. Still super atmosphere.
