    Untitled

I was bored, so I drew this in pencil. Critiques are welcome.

It would be nice to see some soft shading start to happen on the skull perhaps, and I kind of wish the lines of the paper were a bit cleaner. You have a nice solid line around the skull, but the paper lines are so messy and jagged right now. In future studies it would benefit you to actually crumble up some paper and draw what you see, study the folds and bends to it is more believable

I think the paper looks all right for the most part. I agree with Miss though; go crumple up some paper and check out how it creases. Add more depth to the skull too... it seems way to flat. Also, get rid of the nose and have the jaw curve a bit more instead of being at that 90degree angle. I know you were just bored and whipped this up real quick, but it's something to think about for future drawings.

"Oh shit! That shoe is existing of glue!" -- "Wait, what? Are you alright?" --(long pause and a very deep gaze...)-- "What?"

Since there's little detail to see, it may be more presentable to display something like this smaller. I think it's a nice for a first thumbnail. Do a couple more where you turn the skull a bit and play with different setups. You'll get something you'd like to do all the way. Also, as it was said, play with shading a bit.

I think "bored sketches" go to the sketches & WIP forum and not really here where you thoughtfully designed something and want people to help you polish it.

An open mouth and an open mind go hand in hand. - me

Thank you for the comments. I didn't know that it would turn out so big on the computer. *laughs*
