*shy* Uhm, I collect art books of my fav artists so don't get mad if you see your art printed out. I support too! I put up inspirational articles from ImagineFX. I butcher things apparently. I like many plants and books and toys (sw, cartoons, and halo) and many many videogames.

    I shuddupnow.

Well I surely wont go back to two. My third is where I keep the references, testbed and server management, while the other two is the standart Photoshop/AI tools.

My dungeon...in a nice, warm corner of the basement. I've added no labels, btw - good luck in deciphering everything in my not-so-cramped space!

BTW, the lone window has become "the geeks" (our two dogs) favorite spot - it's not unusual for me to look up to see two doggy butts up there. Heh.

K4pka's got the right idea, plein air outside is way fun. If I had a setup like James Kei's pic, I would give it all up and never see the light of day again!

Smugbug, Gatling, KidApe (wow, the window makes it perfect): AWESOME!

Here's an update on my space. The changes from last time include the new rig (Macbook instead of the aircraft-like Dell Dimension), the flyers pinned to the wall (idea stolen from Dallas, who has the coolest studio in the world IMO), and the Warhol poster that is actually just photoshopped in, but will be there some day, hopefully by the end of this year. So, putting the laptop on the desk required me to move things into the middle, reducing the space to draw traditionally. But I'm actually getting used to sketching on the sofa. What you don't see on the photo is the 4x2 cubic rack where all my books, paperwork and other stuff is stored. Hope you like...

    Cheers,
    Jannis

i'm so jealous of many of you.

    i have a bedroom/kitchen/dining area/desk/studio work area/dirty laundry pile, but it's not worth showing.

*sigh* crappy temporary college living situations. someday i'll have a fancy sleek looking workspace.

until then, at least i have bigass studio classrooms.

    ps: look at me pose-out.

Jabo - red's my fave color - but it makes me all jumpy and...hungry. I can't work IN it. Heh. But your studio is definitely comfy looking.

Overall, I love this thread and wish I could see the previous/older one. Sigh.

KidApe - the "planar" head was purchased for a figure modeling course - here: www.learntosee.com
I'm pretty sure it can be purchased on its own at other sites!
