I can see you've been studying anatomy a lot lately, which is awsome!! I need to do some more of that real soon!

    Take care and keep posting!

    Hello
    The colouring is good
But what jumps out at me is the curve of her left arm (our right). The side closer to the body should curve the opposite way, when it gets near the shoulder. Right now it gets too narrow at the shoulder and it looks like a... doll's arm. Like it's just been stuck there. Although this convergence of lines at shoulder could just be because of the seams on the jacket...
And another thing - her head is lit from the left, while her body receives light from the right.
Hope you don't mind the critique
    Keep having fun now

When in doubt, run and shout.

LOL!! You silly billy Atlantik, posting replies in ya own thread, what are ya like??

Hehehe...anyway seriously now, I like that last post. The simple colours work well. I would get rid of that shadow beneath her feet though, looks too black...maybe a gray would work better? I agree that her feet could do with altering slightly too.

    Hello Nice updates!
I've already wrote to you about the missing shadow on the little girl's boots Other than that, she looks really cool!
As for the sketches - they're also nice. You should just try to vary the lineweight more. It will make them more dynamic.
Good luck and keep having fun

I think the photoshop practice is really paying off. The girl with the boots and the butterflies shows good progress and looks great. As a crit I'd look out for backgrounds with vivid colors that you don't find in the main subject -- it may help to look for background colors that bring harmony to the foreground to make the piece work as a whole.

I think the blueline is working well for you since those demonic sketches look great. In each of the cases you made the perspective work for you, and that's a good thing. btw the teleport belly button is hilarious.

Hey Good to see you posting, I see a progress but here are sume suggestions for the last picture: Before you begin with coloring checkt out the anatomy, it has still a lot of weak points. It's the hardest thing so keep an eye on it. If you got it you should decide: Do I want to color my lineart with or do I want to paint? In the moment your picture is between those two worlds. For Lineart the lines should be absoloutely clean for a painting you don't have to care so much about them but be shure that you don't see them through the paint anymore because it often looks kind of dirty and unfinished.
When you paint be careful with colors, in the moment the green and yellow is very strong and looks really unnatural. Try some lighter colors first or use strong colors for the whole picture. Be careful with set acours.
Another point a re the textures. They don't really fit in the painting, the dagger looks not connected to the rest of the picture, a kind of cut out look.
The flur on his boots looks too detailed compared to the rest of the painting, use some bigger shapes here and don't paint every little hair.
Try to use less grey and put some warm colors here and there, think about the background again and the bubble effect on his weapon, it could need a bit more work. In the moment one can see all the brushstrokes which could be a good effect if it would have a cool texture but it looks too much like the normal round photoshop brush IMO. A good point in the picture is the face, you blended the colors well and got some nice shapes.
Try to use the same technique for the rest of the picture. I hope that wasn't too hard because I crit so much. Never forget the fun while drawing, that's the most important, put all the creativity and thoguhts in your pictures and you'll find your way. Just keep it up and practice practice practice
Can't wait to see some new stuff!

PS: This pixel animatioon is really cool!

Hey I really don't know much about pixel art, but I like the rhino head. It's cool! And, as Drazen said, you're making good progress. Keep at it
Just draw more. And have fun

Hi im here to return the love! I have been scrolling through your SB and Its a good start. Since march you improved alot and thats the way it should be.
I find that proportions and anatomy is something everyone need to work hard with so that is the #1 Composition is something thats not that importent in the beginning but its good to work with at the same time as anatomy. One exercise I like is to draw a square and then try and fit a figure nicely inside the frame. Its hard in the begining, at least it was for me, but it will help you a lot. I now use papers more efficiently. Poses comes with Figure drawing so just draw lots and lots of figures and take your time with them, and I dont mean with details, I mean take time and look at proportions and balancepoint. These are all basic tibs and you probably heard it millions of times but its always good with a reminder right! And when you lose patience with yourself and think about stoping for the day just take your left hand and draw your right. That is if your righthanded otherwise take your right hand and draw your left. You get the point. Its a great exercise for your eye, Its not gonna be your best drawn hand. but its helps.
Im gonna stop for now. Let me know if you get more anoyed than you feel it helps!
I like your SB and you seem to have the drive.
    Mahalo!

    Hey!
This looks pretty nice (the landscape painting I mean). The bright colours make it look like a children's book illustration. Good job! Do more of them and you'll become the ultimate environment painting master!

Also, I'm with Anurizm - do more studies! As boring as they may be, that's the way to progress. Go for it!

    Keep having fun now
