    DSG 1218: Sci-Fantasy: GERIATRIC ALIEN

[ So, I just thought of this concept yesterday and consider it one of my more brilliant ideas. ]

[ The only thing you need to do is show an alien that is obviously very, very, old and somewhat decrepit. ]

    [ Simple as that. ]

When I was young I had to walk 2 parsecs to school everyday against the gravitational pull of a black hole both ways in acid rain.

Take me home too, ET... and bury me.

Your grampa alien is so funny jay!! Lights up my life, haha! Meanwhile, I think I'll return to the daily thread once I've gained some more skills...

When I was young, I could do all-nighters in my sleep.

    I'd rather be napping...

    I had a busy, crapy day...just a quick one from me...and now I sleep
    Nice work all...

I did a pencil sketch for this one. It's what gave me the idea for the topic in the first place . If I have the time to toss in some colour tomorrow, I will.

I'm not really happy with this one. Didn't have a lot of time. Good posts today, especially love Dayglowdave and William B. Hand's posts.

Holy moly, you all are rockin today! And welcome to dsg Medieve, hope you will stick around also!

Cannot really do much anymore, working again. Most I can do is sketch on the train, but I will try to keep up!

(I hope those things on the bottom are reminiscent of tennis balls)

Mookie, I am totally loving your style. Just really cool. Very funny with the shawl and playing a form of chess. Hope to see more of your stuff.

Auzreflame, pretty cool. How did you go about coloring your sketch? it looks like your shadows and highlights are a little inconsistent. I am working on that problem myself, I have never been a good lighter. Practice practice. I do like where you were going. Keep 'em coming!
