    Another New User.

    Hello there.

It goes without saying I'm new. But, I just said it any way. I'm from Texas. I've had an interest in Art for about four years, been drawing just as long. I've only recently (Perhaps six months?) gotten serious about learning. Before that I studied in a round about way, jumping to whatever style caught my fancy, buying heavily in to the "How to Draw" book cash scheme.

Of late, I've begun from the ground up, looking for good resources for Muscles, Skeletons, Poses, etcetera. I plan to pick up a copy of Grays Anatomy of the Human Body as well as Skeleton and Muscle models.

This community seemed far more professional then Deviant Art (Where you're lucky if you don't regress, much less progress artistically), So I thought I'd sign up. While self analyses is key, sometimes only external review can help you find that key error, and what better review then by some one who knows their stuff.

Hope I'll learn a lot here,
    ~Erebus

I wouldn't bother with Grays unless you plan on drawing a lot of livers, kidneys and such. It's a medical anatomy book and not much good for artists.

Any one of these would be a better choice.
