    my digi portfolio

Took a shot at illustrating Wyatt Earp for my digital drawing class. Tried to draw emphasis by rendering in certain areas and flattening in others.

(Anyone using the newest Internet Explorere or Firefox, just drag the image to a new tab...)

It's a really cool concept, but the anatomy is off; look at the torso compared to the legs for example. You should suggest depth by differentiating the right arm from the left one (make it a tad smaller and add more shadows, less details to indicate its farther apart from the left one since right now it seems like one is right above the other)

Don't forget the drappery for the pants and shirts.

And lastly the shadow from the hat should hit the face

Good call zwarrior...didn't know I could do that!

I really like how you kept certain areas flat, and others rendered.

I would change the placement of his leg in the back...look slike it was just slapped there and I don't know if it helps the composition.

very very nice, i like the parallel positioned guns, i might want to make more canvas to the left of the image, so the guns don't get caught, or than that very nice... i'd just give it more detail since at full res the brushes look bad.
