The arms arent finished jet. is it any good?
First thing I suggest is to ditch that plastic wrap photoshop filter you've applied to the snake portions. While you might think it's a quick way to make her lower body look slimy, the over all effect is inconsistent on her snake form and causing areas to look dented or crumpled instead. It's also doesn't look consistent with your other painted portions of the art. Definitely hand paint the highlights so it's more unified with the piece.
Also, there are some really stark lines on her shoulders that could use a little more blending like the rest of her upper body. Nice colors though. Definitely different from most renditions of Medusa I've seen.
Thanks for the crit.
removed a bit of the plaster thingy. havent got the time to remake it.
I would say that the dodge tool you used to make the highlights may have burned them out too much, especially on the breasts and stomach. That tool has a tendency to get too hard fast, and should be used sparingly. Looka at some paintings you love, you'll see that a light area, with a small highlight goes a long way to make form.

The narrow point of the waist looks just a little bit too narrow to me. Even if she is supposed to be gaunt, the difference between the width of the waist and hips is striking.
I like the skin colors a lot, though, especially the red tint.
Really appreciate it.
