So I invested in Colors for Iphone and wohoo! fun fun fun.
I have a pocket full of paint

But these were maid in painter. SP was a quick one to practise.
C.O.W. #151 Venomous, Pale Blue, Obese Egg-Layer: I started on this after we had passed the deadline and I just wanted to get my rear in gear and create something. So it was quick and everyone busted my balls cos it was blurry and unfinished. True

What the hell? If this is 'low on the creative side' I want to see what 'totally inspired' looks like, lol.

Man, i must say, this last update is crazy, its like you snapped. The level of quality is really high. Great SB sir

And thanks for stopping by mine.

Nice work you've got here. I'd say to work on your strokes in these latest pictures...some details are a bit unreadable. Aside from that, you're really doing well! Keep it up!

low on the creative side is a two lane road. Same track as always and "in no mood for painting". We all know the feeling. I'll snap out of it in a while.

Seage: No I was feeling cretive while doing these. I'm no better thatn this at the moment
jackpot_anjr90: Yes well I have started to use a really undefined brush to lay out my initial work lately. These latest ones are all done from refimages and in quite a short time. So they are not meant to be refined. I however do have an issue with refining. I get tired of my work to fast. I'll have to work on that. Thanks anyways. I need to hear that.
Dizon: Thanks. It was my pleasure

Sick monster tunnel man! Haha good stuff! Looking at your painting it seems you're getting into details a bit early. Make the forms readable first, establish a light source and bring your shadows together. That'll add some realism to your paintings. Keep it up

    Hi folks

I have been working on this for some hours and I'm now taking a break for the night. I know the feet and legs suck. And I havn't worked them yet. But I need to print this in a few days so I could use some serious crit on it. The sword will need som shine too.
One more thing I'm working on a old laptop so do tell me if the colors are off cos I really can't tell from here.
    Crit please!

Not sure but the spiders head was probably 50 cm. I used the kind off balls that kids have to play with at Mc Donalds as eyes. I guess the legs were roughly 2.5 meter.
The coccons were childsize with some shoes showing and toys nested within.

The fishmen were for a COW#158 "bloody buggery curly headed bloodsuckers of portsmouth" a while back. That I never had time to go beyond the inital sketch.

    Thanks for stopping by.

Is there any progress? Well since I get the "Damn your light is all fuck up" reaction where ever I go. Maybe there is some truth to it. So I have decided to dedicate this spring to that.

    But not yet

Here is first some other junk.

Keep up the good work, buddy. Light is our friend, but definitely not a beer buddy. Light beers suck.

    Cheers!

Mag-Neo: Thanks. Never had a post with that many CAPS
Loathsome: Tackar It's all for the fun of it. Wish I actually did this for a living. But that may come in due time. Really need to get some bad habits out of my system first.
And that would be done by ding lots of studies. Light and anatomy.

you have a very vivid imagination, which is great.

A little bit more knowledge of color / anatomy would bring your (already amazing) work to another level.

    Please keep the updates coming

Brun:Yes that is hopefully true. Only need energy and time.

Good thing that I don't do this to survive. Sure would be a interesting change to work as a concept artist for a while on a smaller project just to get a glimpse of the environment. Here is the deal. Get your shit togethere before you become parents. Once you have them little critters running around your feet everything else is secondary. It's been taking me years to get to this page in my SB and pretty much everything I painted in all that time is in here. Little is done on paper and I try to upload "everything" (well there are some scribbles that you don't need to see

So keep painting and stay happy. I know I am. And I have all the time in the world.

Oh I had this Chow that I havn't uploaded here. Alien Archeologist coming to earth in the future. I thought it would be a great cosmic joke if they looked like our genitals. Ha ha ha. Man I need a life.
I forgot. It came in two versions. The first one was done in time for the voting. But then the deadline was extended a week so I changed the comp and put it aside. Forgot about it and missed the deadline. How's that for a joke! Didn't matter much. so many grat entres that it had no chance in hell
