    2/19/07 I return

For those of you who don't remember me from way back when, I'm Sheff (satisfaction). I haven't been posting for a while but I've been around watching all the progress you have been making. Unfortunately for me I haven't had much time to go out and take photos (damn you college!). But, I figured that I have some photos that I never got around to posting and when my image hosting service lets me upload some more photos I'll do my best to post some of my newer images. On that note, I hope you enjoy, and go easy on the crits!

This is a different crop of an image I took about a year ago. It's amazing how much you can improve an image with a different crop!

I compiled this hdr picture from a couple photos I took ages and ages ago and I thought it turned out decently.

This is a picture I took recently for an exposure exercise.

I'll have more pictures as soon as I can upload them!

I got a few more uploaded!

These next few photos were done as portraits of my family.

the hand portraits are cool I think.

What is going on with number 4? I can't figure out what the focus of the picture is...

The focus of the picture is the docks. I was going through a faze where I enjoyed shooting landscapes with very large skies.

I like nr 1 very much, nice pastel colors.
The hand portraits is a good idea, though using a softer light source would get rid of the speculars and cast shadows. (you can reflect the light on a wall or something) And 7 is out of focus. I think the idea is relly good tho, maybe you will get a chance to reshoot it?
Show some more when you get the time, I know what college does to you spare time.
