Icon Though I Give It A Go.

I've seen a lot of good work. So I though I'll try to put some of my own this are some characters I've been working on.

Been working on this character for a while but only have the image of his face in my head. Any Ideas welcome.

I like your overlapping, and interlocking of 3d forms in 1,2, but the third one is looking kind of graphic and flat to me. You seem to have very strong line quality- are you inking these in a second stage? The stylized exaggeration of the neck looks to me like it would break.

The first one is still a work in progress. Have the image in my head but can't quite get it down on paper. Any suggestions or Ideas welcome.

Not 2 technical when it comes to art, just love to draw what pops into my head.

The 3rd one was originally designed to be a tattoo, that's why the lack of detail. Wanted to keep the line work as simple as possible.

Welcome to CA. On your characters, I have to agree with softocean. They look flat, but your line quality is great. I just suggest more contrast and value changes in your characters. The first pic is really goos concept character, but you need to show more value on the lips. Your doing good here, keep sketching and you get better and better.

I agree the line quality is really good.
Watch out for the anatomy though....for example the muscles on the upper arms of some characters are very detailed but not always the right way so sometimes it looks a little awkward.......

    However, Keep em coming!
