This painting incarnates idea of protest. The painting is constructed on sharp tone and color contrasts, and a scattered composition. In the form of an allegory is human conception illustrated by the prostrate bodies of Adam and Eve and the prone figure of a powerless God. From his hands fall the keys to paradise. Below, Satan sits in triumph. Above, a slice of ancient Greek life.
I have already posted this painting into this forum. But some time ago I have purchased a good digital photo camera and maked a photos of dome fragments. And now I would like you to see it. May be you want to tell some words about this painting. I will be waiting for your critique. And welcome to my gallery http://www.painterilya.com/indexE.htm

How come no one has replied to that one so far?
(is it cuz it is "old" ?)
That picture's epic
Interesting composition. Although the contast in colours and the way good versa evil is depicted could have been tacken further. Some figures look like pasted on BG, similar like in some of Michaelangelos Murals. (perhaps more fade into BG and softer edges)
The water does not really convince me neither other parts of BG in comparison to the marvelous anatomy of bodies.
