This sounds like my kind of thing...!

I promise I'll finish this one for sure

    Updated...

CHOW #56 Guest Host: Andrew Ley. Topic: Bard of the Apocalypse

At the time of judgment day, a demon bard rises and plays a devastating song only heard by those who have been damned. His music shatters minds and lands into chaos, erupting fire, blood and death upon everything in its wake. As the destruction takes place, devils, imps and undead legions awaken to chain the souls of any who've ended up blistered to the point of death by this requiem.

Oh gosh, people already have sketches up?! I wanted to do this one but now I'm all freaked out that I won't be able to start this is time... :s

Why all the electric guitars though? Truly the instrument of the apocalypse could be subtle, mournful and sweet... "...not with a bang, but a whimper"

cmon Stephie..... you can do eeet!
    don't get all intimidated.

have though about the instrumentation... Heimdall has that wonking huge horn.
    how about a mournful bassoon?

a giant organ a la Captain Nemo

    the possibilities are endless

...ok, I'm committing to this one. There, I said it. Commence awarding me the Los-a-tar if I try to make up any excuse outside of personal tragedies and/or attempts of a social life.

Prolly not gonna post WIPs, since I wanna keep this a surprise and all. But I promise, no electric guitars from me

It's funny to me that so many of these incorporate electric guitars and a metal theme where I'm convinced corporate pop will be the death of us all.

I'm so in on this is hurts.
