First time posting, be gentle. I'm still pretty young! I've got time to not suck!
Anyway, my old book and new mixed together. Hopefully enjoy!

You've got a nice imagination, I like your work. Very original.
I'll be posting more from my old book later this afternoon. Hopefully my friend's scanner is a better quality than mine
Adding a few new ones from today and a couple from a VERY old book (You'll know those when you see them, )
you got some creepy stuff here, nice style

Doing good on your works dude, liking the face sketches, especially the one with the rose. Would suggest to do more life studies and anatomy studies. Keep up the good work.
My Sketchbook- C&C very welcome
Thanks. I used to run through anatomy books and such when I was around 10, sorta lost it when I lost the drive to pursue art as a career. Recently decided to get back into it for concept art/design, so that's a good idea.
I'll have to dig the books out and pick up some new ones! ^_^ Checking your SB out now, digging it so far (first one I've seen with a title sketch, melikes)!
Here are some oldies I'm thinking of reworking since I've improved -
Nice stuff, really like your style!
Thanks for the comments ^_^
Mini-update, just got done with this. Took about 70 minutes, off and on.
Posting it step by step for fun.
Morning quicky! Overdid the mouth, but waddaya gonna do? And below is the first in a serious of nailed-up fleshy things I've been doing. Not going to post them all cause most aren't worth scanning.
Small update of quickies I did at a LAN cafe. Yes, I realize the irony of going to a LAN to end up sitting and drawing anyway.
Just spent like, 2 hours on this, give or take. I cleaned it up all nice and sloppy on PS, but I got lazy and didn't touch it up.
And my current WIP. Did all this in the last 30 minutes or so, but I'm gonna get some sleep before I try and continue.
Some doodles I was doing earlier while eating.
I did a full-page ink piece, it came out pretty nice but the scanned copy is so ugly I don't wanna post it.
Cant believe how long its been since Ive been here. Studies are doing great, try and use more confident lines when drawing, more clean lines anyway. On most of your works your lines are scratchy. Would like to see more figure studies in here and anatomy studies as well. Try some Kevin Chen studies. Heres the link to his works.
Kevin Chen's Tutorials
Hope these help and thx for the comment in my new SB.
Yeah, usually when it comes to pencil my lines end up messy since I like finished sketches to be in pen anyway. Most of the pencil stuff you see I spend a minute or two on max.
Thanks for the link, I'm bookmarking it and as soon as I have time checking it out in detail.
Turns out I had some time after all! Just some quickies. First is using models from the tutorial, second is me freehanding without the ref's.
Interesting concepts... You got a serious imagination. Definitely take what Envisor is telling you to heart.
Clean up the lines (even when just doing a quick sketch or dressing it up later with ink)
Hit up the anatomy
I would also add play around with your lighting source.
Really good stuff amigo.
Liquidjack: Thanks, I've been noticing my problem with lighting too. I can't seem to get off it coming from the right. Working on different angles to keep it from happening (my profile shots are usually facing left, trying to get off these weird patters.
Smokey: Check the new sb, its where the updates are at XD.
