Thanks for your comments in my SB! Really liking the drawing of the hand and of Mich's crouching boy. You know I've been doing cross contour drawings lately for a class and they've really helped me to better see form. So much so that I wrote up a tutorial on them here if you are interested:
TUTORIAL/Exercise - Cross Contour Drawing - by Rebeccak - (Nude 3D Model by Mashru)
As an exercise I can't recommend cross contour drawings enough. They really force you to see the surface of an organic object as just that - a surface - and so you worry less about individual muscle forms etc. and just worry about mapping the surface of the form on the page.
I hope the tutorial is useful, I think Michelangelo in his drawings and sculptures maps forms in such clear and interlocking ways - this consistency is the hallmark of his work and what makes him stand out, imo, above all the rest.
Becca: thnx a dozen for that thread o urs i checked it out yesterday from ur thread in here, im crazy about that 15 min. sketchin thread , thats a fast sketch i drew from 1 o that million poses they r puttin there, to tell u the truth im hatin this sketch ... im gonna draw more from those pix.

Nice start to your s.b. My biggest suggestion is to continue to draw a lot from life and real object studies. Photos are good but the best way to really grasp the real shape and proportion of an object is to study it in real life. Other than that good work and keep it up.
Hey Guys... Thanx Sivstri99 and thnx Gecov, im glad u like the works guys truly!!
