I really enjoy the last one, cool colors and textures. None of which works without the awesome composition you pulled off.

Lovely work M@. What exactly are you doing at Blizzard? Sorry if this question has been asked before. Are you mainly concepting environments or other pre production material as well? I'm assuming your a concept artist there

ecsdesign : thanks for dropping by! glad you like.

    Villa : thx

Stark : just crit the hell out of me, even if its a speedie, it's supposed to work. What do you mean by upper left? the back ground or the pillar? and I dont think its a much rendered piece actually, if you look closely a lot of it are fat random strokes..

    Johndowson : thanks!

    dsg : thank you.

    skrubbles : thx!

Main Loop : hehe , yeah!

Nivec : haha, okay, I should.

zweiDee : ca va, ca va. Merci.

    amer-nazri : thanks!

Atmospheria : glad to see you here my friend! yeah its doing good in the US so far.

    Markusthebarbarian : thanks!

    Koto Stomp : thanks!

Skeiff : thanks, glad you like!

Beelow : hehe, yeah actually I did

    Sirio_Brozzi : thank you!

Wasker : yeah I actually upped the whole saturationof the piece in the end... maybe I shouldnt have...

    bumskee : thanks!

kischi : heh, unfortunately a good game = good gameplay, and concepts don't really affect that... but blizzard always delivers anyway
and no, it wasnt supposed to be chun li.

    Fishspawn : thanks!

Alex Alexandrov : thank you. I just observe a lot and paint as much as I can (sometimes) . I never did a lot of studies, though I should.

    Anthriel : thanks!

    Joshk : thank you.

    Blue Severin : thanks.

CHARLES CARVALHO : thank you! glad you like the brushes.

Art Addict : Thanks. I didnt start yet at Blizzard ( I start monday) but I guess I will do all kind of concept/viz dev stuff on cinematics

    Nivec : thanks!

Alex Alexandrov : yeah I agree, I definitely gotta work more on characters and stuff. But since Im comfortable in landscapes, I tend to do too much of them :/ and yeah foreshortening without refs is a PAIN , I think all the stuff you mentionned are linked to the foreshortening. But if I do a standard view then people will tell its too static :/ ahh damn characters are a pain. Don't hesitate to crit more in depth if you have a little time

    Stark : thanks!

Man , I love you're style of painting (specially you're hard lighting) and idea's.
I hope that you're gonna have an influence in the next Blizzard game.

Hm haha.. Your book is the only thread on CA i visit frequently. Cause its getting better everytime and you always inspire me

Lst image shows a lot of movements, the horse is very well made, I want to think its done looking at reference, even tho' as I think I know u a little, its probably done from your head ?

Great piece , I also like the other one , the environment!

Great stuff as usually.. Its kinda hard to find words when having a look at your work.. Oh well, keep sharing plz !

Since you gave me the ok, I'll leave something really slight for you. Based on the light on the hoofs, thighs, and hind quarters of the horse, the rider's shin guards should have a touch more lighting on them. Right now, you can make out that they are separate, but it would probably be better to make the distinction a bit more clearer. Also, from the sword and the gleaming armor, shouldn't there be a bit more reflected/refracted light on the horse and other parts of the armor?
