Love your pencil work and shading style. Bold, graphic and confident, tho your anatomy could still use some more studying from life.

Hey there. Nice pieces. Good pencil work, good foreshortening on the tanks main gun in that last one (although the machine gun looks like it could use some work.) All in all not bad.

    great great great.
Your sketching is top notch.I think in the last pic the shadings on the faces is too much.Teh perspective on the gun seems off too.I would like a bit more contrast too.
Keep going mate ,you are doing a great job.

I like the hatching style you use a lot, great texture and lighting.
My only crits would be watch your perspective, some of the gun barrels look too long and have overly circular ends, they should be elipses due to their angle to the viewer. The gunner's hhead appears to be too narrow at the top as if his head is the same width as his helmet.

silvestri99 - thx man, yeah, i know my anatomy's lacking...

Sepulverture - thx for the good words.. i didn't have too much time to
spend on these so the next will probably be even more rapid and undetailed..

bhanu - thank u, i saw that the perspective is a little dizzy but still, the machinegun isn't parallel to the cannon..i'm tryin to keep it up..

    sabe2003 - thx d00d

cigaro - hehe, thx, keep in touch

    kaktuzlime - thx 2 u also

young_paddy1 - special thx for the crit. .. i'll try to practice and handle perspectives better in the future...
thx all, keep dropping by, it does make a difference.

next, third war page. very quick one.

i can't really comment on the technique as you're much better than me, so i'll focus on the subject instead, which i am rather familiar with. did you use a reference picture?

are they wearing helmets? they look more like ski masks. helmets are rather air-y, imagine wearing a motorcycle helmet without the cushions. only thing keeping it from flying off are chin straps.

the details on the mounted weapon are ambiguous. it's hard to tell what anything is behind/below the barrel. the barrel itself is too short, machine guns are around 1 metre in length and half of it is the barrel. the structure of the barrel is also wrong, as it's simply 1 massive piece of iron with a hole drilled through it. it shouldn't taper down that way.

the turrent and 2ndary machine gun also suffers from the same issue, too short, and an ambiguous behind. the turret reaches towards the viewer, so it should expand in size.

a good grasp of perspectives and foreshortening will make a better presentation.

this is what yours should look like, even if we ignore the technical details, this is the correct perspective.

or at the very least, something like this.
